The team (average age 34 years) has a large variation (age, education, experience, etc.) of people, each with their own specific talents and skills. There is a core of six employees, plus employees with temporary contracts and up to 2 trainees. The idea is that the sum of these experiences and talents improve quality. This is encouraged because we sit in a large open space, and we support and influence each other constantly. On average, the team consists of approximately 15 employees. This is ideal. This amount creates a team with consistency, where the quality and enjoyment in creating and discovering together prevails.
